We had the great honour of capturing Nirmal and Mashaal’s wedding at the amazing Hedsor House in Taplow, Buckinghamshire. We loved every moment of this day, from the bridal prep photography in Hedsor House’s Bridal Suite, which was steeped in natural light, to the informal reception with entertainment by the talented acoustic trio Wandering Hands who played everything from Stevie Wonder – Superstition to Oasis – Wonderwall. Guests enjoyed cocktails, champagne and whiskey whilst the band played some classics. One of the highlights of the day was the surprise end to the day. The couple were told to push a button that stood on a podium in the middle of the lawn of the Georgian Style Mansion and once they did we were all treated to an amazing firework display!
Hedsor House was the perfect setting for an asian wedding ceremony called the Chunni Shagun where the bride was draped in new outfits gifted to her by her mother in law. The decor boasted a combination of pastel neutral flower arrangements with subtle pinks picked by the bride and groom. The day could not have gone smoother without the great management of Lydia Yiann who was on hand to make sure all went to plan, along with Nirmal and Mashaal’s families who were so accommodating and hospitable. The guest (and our team) were treated to an amazing brunch in the afternoon and later a formal dinner by Preeti Catering who never cease to amaze.
